Is it too harsh on the skin to combine threads, laser treatment, and stem cell therapy?
No. The treatments are performed in a carefully planned sequence. Laser energy is first used to stimulate the deeper layers of the skin and promote tissue tightening. Mint Threads are then placed to support and lift the facial tissues. Finally, stem cell skin therapy helps soothe the treated area, support skin recovery, and promote regeneration, minimizing downtime.
What makes JCELL's treatment approach unique?
Rather than using the same thread placement for every patient, our specialists customize the treatment according to each individual's facial anatomy, skin condition, and pattern of sagging. The lifting direction, anchor points, and treatment design are carefully personalized to achieve balanced, natural-looking results.
Can laser treatment damage or deform the threads?
No. The treatment sequence is specifically designed to minimize any impact on the threads. Laser energy (HIFU or RF) is applied first to stimulate tissue tightening before the Mint Threads are inserted. This controlled approach helps preserve the integrity of the threads while maximizing lifting effectiveness.
How long do the results last, and when can I return to normal activities?
Many patients notice improved facial contours immediately after treatment due to the lifting and tissue-tightening effects of the threads and laser. Mild swelling may occur for two to three days, but most patients are able to resume normal daily activities right away. As collagen production gradually increases over the following three to four weeks, the lifting effect continues to improve.
